The Best and Simplest Smoothie Recipe

Hello all!

Today I will share with you my go-to healthy treat. I find this recipe to be one of the simplest smoothies out there, and it is one of the tastiest. I hope you love it as much as me.

INGREDIENTS FOR TWO:

  • 1.5 cups milk {orange juice can be substituted}
  • 10 frozen strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • Blender

Directions:

  1. Gather your ingredients and put them in a blender
  2. Blend the smoothie until constant throughout
  3. Poor smoothie into two large cups and enjoy!

This really is the simplest and healthiest smoothie out there. Of course, substitutions can be made for the fruit depending on your preference. The amount of milk can also be added if you prefer a thin smoothie or lessened if you like a thicker smoothie.
